Led strategic projects to drive down labour costs through the adoption of an advanced rota system; reduced wastage & missed sales opportunities by launching a stock control system across retail; signed-off the end-to-end testing of Oracle Fusion, a pricing system and leading an external supplier in the design and launch of company-wide Business Intelligence tool; created sales, waste and availability automated daily reports for 42 restaurants by understanding end-to-end data flows, resolving BI data issues and creating Power BI, macro led Excel reports.   

Influenced change in labour, supply chain, opex and capex to drive operational efficiencies using a collaborative style. Setting targets through long term plans, budgets and forecasts with vast experience Excel modelling and communicating business results via Month End performance packs.
